The employer mandate of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) has been delayed but the rest is full steam ahead! When the mandate is enforced, supposedly in 2015, it will require most employers with 50 or more full-time equivalent employees to offer ACA compliant health insurance to full time workers and eligible dependents. The penalty for not doing so can add up quickly!
