Health-Care Law Spurs a Shift to Part-Time Workers

An unexpected result of the Affordable Care Act is that many low wage employers are moving towards part time employees. This is an attempt to avoid the health care mandate for employers with 50 or more full time equivalents.  Will it work or will the government introduce new legislation to plug up this loophole?
